Good Tree Portal is hands-on. We help set up the school instance, prepare the basics, train your team, and support the first launch.

    Book a demo

    We show the portal using safe demo data and talk about your school's needs.

  2. Step 2

    Choose your starting modules

    We agree on the first launch scope: records, attendance, fees, parent access, and any needed modules.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare school data

    Your school sends clean spreadsheets for current-year setup. Messy or historical data is quoted separately.

  4. Step 4

    Set up the portal

    We configure the school instance, users, classes, sections, and basic settings.

  5. Step 5

    Train your team

    We train the staff who will use the portal every day.

  6. Step 6

    Launch carefully

    We help the school go live and support the first days of use.

Your school gets its own portal address.

The default setup uses a Good Tree-managed subdomain for each school. A school-owned custom domain is available as a paid add-on.
