Annual pricing follows a "pay 10 months, get 12 months" model — two months free. Move up a tier any time your school grows.

Setup covers the school instance, basic configuration, clean current-year import support, two online training sessions, and a launch checklist.
Same flat fee for every plan — Starter through Managed Plus.

Optional add-ons & one-off workOnly needed if you want custom work, migrations, or extra trainings.
Custom development has a ₱ 2,500 minimum. Founding client custom work is usually ₱ 1,000–1,500 / hour when hourly billing is needed. Larger work is quoted before it starts.
